Man Arrested After locking 17 Year Old Girl In Storage Unit

34 year old Joel Michael Arnold, was arrested on Wednesday night and has been charged with sexual assault, child trafficking and aggravated kidnapping, all off which are felonies.

He allegedly kidnapped a 17 year old girl on Saturday 27 of March and took her to a storage unit in Cypress, according to the Precinct One Harris County constable‘s

Office. He allegedly waved a firearm in her face in attempt to threaten and scare the teenager.

It is reported that the girl was allegedly injected with unknown drugs and was sexually assaulted for a time period of over 5 days. The man eventually freed her, which she then reported the ordeal to the police.

Michael was arrested not long after the girl reported the the crime to investigators
